Sarah Appleby was born with passion, vigor, and an infatuation with conceptualizing and creating. Sarah is a vivacious talent, equally gifted in the application of makeup and the creation of innovative hairstyles, and has a bona fide love for both.

Sarah got her start in Vancouver and after just 3 years working with top photographers and clients, she was more than welcomed to New York City. Her obsession with fashion and love affair with photography continually complements her pursuit of makeup artistry + hairstyling, and contribution to the fashion, music and advertising industries. She works with clients such as Victoria’s Secret, BMW, Dove and MTV; magazines such as Rolling Stone, Nylon, Paper and Glamour; actors such as Scott Caan, Tinsley Mortimer, and Leighton Meester; musical stars such as Brandon Flowers, Little Boots, Tyson Ritter, Paramore, Taylor Hanson and Dave Matthews.

With her glowing, infectious personality, attention to detail, professionalism and consistently flawless applications and creations, she is quickly becoming well known in her field as an artist to watch.
